In my role as a Physical Security Engineer at Amazon, I was responsible for:

Managing and resolving critical security incidents, including site lockdowns, access provisioning; and troubleshooting Security server issues for Amazon managed services, to ensure uninterrupted operations and minimise downtime.

Resolving high severity tickets using SIM ticking portal, often addressing complex issues, Escalation appropriately & remediation while maintaining excellent customer communication with customer focus mindset. Call Handling and technical support.
